La Quinta Inn & Suits by Wyndham Pontoon Beach IL

Convenient location, great price, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast options were better than expected

First off, the staff were AMAZING. They were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Not to mention when we checked out the hotel manager drove us to our bus station downtown instead of us paying for an Uber. The rooms were very nice, always clean, and housekeeping always made sure we had everything we need. The hotel itself self was very quiet, no excessive noise or rowdy people. Would recommend 1000 times over and would stay again.

I like the fact that our rooms were by each other and we could share the space. Also that lets are welcome as we always travel with our dog. It was quiet so we could fully rest before our next destination.

I loved the small pool for the kids to play in, rooms were plenty spacious and showers were super hot! For the price and location, the hotel was great for a family stay!!!

The breakfast was very good, the desk staff was very nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special mention to the desk clerk at 3 am who was very nice.
